Can I gift a subscription?
Yes of course! Lots of our members gift subscriptions, and we believe receiving a personalised box each month delivers so much joy and excitement.
Every order includes a free handwritten note, if there is a message you'd like to send, let us know in the order notes at checkout. Otherwise, we will let them know who their thoughtful gifter is.
How does curation work?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase, therefore we curate each subscription based on your child's age and guarantee you won't receive the same book twice.
At checkout please leave us a note if your child has any particular hobbies or interests and we will be sure to note this will curating their boxes!
What condition are the books in?
All books are hand-picked and therefore we can guarantee that the books have lots of life left in them.
All books have been pre-loved and range from Good to Like New condition.
All covers are sanitised prior to sending.
When will I get my order?
Once your subscription frequency has been chosen, we will begin selecting the books and package your 100% recyclable boxes by hand. No big team over here!
As if by magic, all boxes are sent out within 2-3 days and you will receive a link to track your order in real time.
Can I cancel?
